Realistic Magnetic Air Hoses
I heard rumor once of realist air hoses that attach and detach like real ones, and they're magnetic. After a bit of searching I finally found them from a company called Pacific Western Rail Systems. They're a pain to buy (if you need help contact me), but worth the time. Super glue them on using the provided jig, and they work and look great! A few pictures are to the right, clidk the button below to see the short video about them!

HO Scale FRED
I ran across this FRED kit on accident at a hobby shop, it's the one and only one I've seen. LED kit with watch battery, switch, wiring. I put it into my CNW maintanence of way (MOW) caboose. It's super bright and looks great! I have a box car with a little bit different FRED in it too, but for now here's a video of this one. Click the button below to see the video:

HO Scale Power Plant
This is still a work in progress, but one of the center pieces of this railroad. I have a power plant plus its recovery boiler. I also have a power substation that will be added to this along with other things, I'll keep this project updated but for now here are some pics!

Power plant is on the left and recovery boiler is on the right.

Downtown Enhancements
The downtown area has been undergoing more details including street lights and a few more buildings. One of the next upcoming projects is detailing the interiors and lighting all of them.

This will probably become its own page one day...

HO Layout REMODEL!
Yes a full remodel! The track plan on the original layout caused two major problems: 1. I couldn't run multiple locomotives, or anything long for that matter. 2. It threw all sorts of stuff off the rails, constant derailments and all sorts of things. So I tore it all up, and completely re-laid track in a new way that's so much better! Still have street running though. ;)

After re-laying track, train test runs.

Locomotive Service Facility
I needed more space to house the locomotives that I run often, and keep them nice, so I found this facility! I built it and installed all LED lighting in it and above the doors. There are also two overhead cranes on the inside. It will get more details at some point.
